Hypergraph neural network utilizing the UniGCNII layer [1] for node-level classification.

Dimension of the input features.
- hidden_channelsint
Dimension of the hidden features.
- n_layersint, default=2
Number of UniGCNII message passing layers.
- alphafloat, default=0.5
Parameter of the UniGCNII layer.
- betafloat, default=0.5
Parameter of the UniGCNII layer.
- input_dropfloat, default=0.2
Dropout rate for the input features.
- layer_dropfloat, default=0.2
Dropout rate for the hidden features.
- use_normbool, default=False
Whether to apply row normalization after every layer.

Forward pass through the model.

Incidence matrix of the hypergraph. It is expected that the incidence matrix contains self-loops for all nodes.
